A REMINDER for yourself

Hi guys. it been a few weeks. And i am here still tweaking my diet and experimenting.
The pms has gotten the best of me previously but right now I dont want it to get me.
So during the daytime I would eat heavy on rice, balance portion of meat, fish and veggies.
And I feel i have no cravings at night which i was previously having.
Today I want to remind you that YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL and that you deserve the best things in life. Good health, happiness and peace. You don't deserve any less than that!
Im your journey, there will be people that you have to prove wrong. Please don't let them.
