10 more minutes

So I am pushing myself to increase my ST minutes. I felt I was letting my teams down so we have a great challenge where we get points for 60mns. Well, it's been a very long time since I did ST 60 mns straight. I can divide minutes, but sometimes I get so tired and then never finish. This way, I build my stamina, and after cancer, this has been my priority. Determined, I started my Kettle bell video for 30 mns and my utube channel continued, 10 mns for core, 10 mns of standing abs, etc... 10 minutes led to finishing my 60 mns. Wow~ I could not believe it and yes, with sweat and more sweat, I was still standing. It was hard the last 10mns. but the Grace of God helped me and kept me going.
So, that's in my tool box, 10 more minutes CAN happen !!!
