🌞. Walk x2, 2 of 10 core and upper body workout, 3 of 10 wall push-ups, Wii sports and marching in place, 3 of 5 standing quad stretch, and chair yoga. 17,000+ steps. Had a great day for the most part. Calories were high. Had some unhealthy cravings I gave in to. Will be back on track tomorrow. 12 cups of water. Tomorrow is another well planned active day. Starting to get into my new routine. As it had to change with the season. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥! Stay safe!
