Last night and today, I have wanted to eat. I'm not starving, but I just want to eat. Crazy mentality.

    Try to keep your hands occupied . . . writing, knitting/crocheting/otherwise creating, spark, anything to keep busy!

    I go for a walk, fill up with water, do chores, phone a friend, or play on my iPad - just kill time until meal time. Stay busy.

    I know the feeling! Sometimes eating veggies or drinking unsweetened tea can help me with the habitual behavioral patterns.
