Happy Saturday!

I didn't get a chance to blog last night since we were visiting and once everyone starting going to bed I was too tired.

It's been a good weekend so far. Yesterday I got up, had my Energize, read my Bible and devotional and did my workout. I took my shower and had my breakfast. I got Matthew up so that he could take his shower. He stripped down his bed so that I could wash everything.

Once the boys were off to school I finished getting my grocery list ready. Mike started fixing the chili that we were going to have for supper. I headed out to get groceries and once home I got stuff put away. The rest of the morning/early afternoon was spent washing the bedding for Matthew's bed and then making the bed.

Jon and Chrystal got here about 3:45 - they even beat the boys. We spent time visiting outside and then I came in to get the cornbread made for supper. The rest of the evening was just spent visiting and we all headed to bed.

Today has been more of the same. I ended up skipping my workout because Matthew is sleeping on the couch and I didn't want to disturb him. We spent more time visiting and then the boys did still go to league bowling this afternoon. Mike, Jon and Chrystal actually went with them and the guys bowled while the boys were bowling with their league. I stayed home just to get some "me time" - I kind of needed it.

Now just more visiting. They are currently looking at old pictures of Mike's brother and sister, so I'm taking the time to get my blog done.

1. Nutrition: yesterday - okay mostly; today - not the best, but almost didn't eat very much.
2. Fitness: yesterday - Day 47 - Morning Meltdown 100: Downbeat Strength; today - rest day
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional; not a lot - did do a little reading both days; phone/computer time was okay.

Tomorrow - church in the morning and then ??? Jon and Chrystal will be leaving at some point after that to head to Keokuk. The boys' soccer game in Knoxville was canceled because they weren't going to have enough players.
