"I Quit Sugar" plan

Lots of arthritis pain stopped me from exercising, my joints would become inflamed and not move.
Sugar could be a cause of inflammation.
So I started the "I Quit Sugar"
Sounded good. First two weeks, don't worry about calories, eat when craving arise. Gained a pound. Stuck to it. Really want to be able to exercise.
Week 3, food obsession removed!!!
Eating to fuel, exercising daily lost 3 lbs😊
