I Need Input --- Recommendations

While cleaning my microwave last night, some of the material on the underside top came off.

I need a new microwave. The one I have now is a countertop 700 watts. Not sure if I need a bigger wattage. My house is 73 years old and not sure it could take more.

Anyway, all of that said, any suggestions?
The stores we have here are: Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, JC Penney and Target stores . I rarely shop at Target and JC Penney.

I would like one that is not so expensive (under $100).

Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
