I'm still staying on track with exercise and diet. I had a 3-month plateau which I finally pushed through. Now I'm down to 184.6 and fitting size 16. That's 22 lbs since Jan 1, 2020. I'm still determined to get to at least 171. I MIGHT make it by Christmas.
My husband is going along with my menu plan. He has also cut way back on his beer intake. (The Covid shutdowns of bars helped here too.) He has lost 30 lbs so far. Which is very good news for his pending open heart surgery in November.
We are eating healthy and keeping the exercise going (me, more than him these days) going. This works. It's an amazing journey. I'll touch base again before New Years.
