TO DO, OR NOT TO DO?

I guess much of life requires this decision, but I have found it to be important in the Spark journey. There are lots of activities that even our Challenges encourage us to do, especially in communicating and encouraging our Spark community. While all that is good in its own way, I have come to the following conclusions:
1) It is possible for me to on Spark all day long, and be just as inactive as if I were on Facebook or any other social media or sitting in front of the TV;
2) I tend to go for the "fun" activities first;
3) BUT if I want to be successful or have any weight loss at all, I have to FIRST and MOST IMPORTANTLY do the things that take me on that journey.
So . . . what's MOST IMPORTANT for me are the things that move me forward on my journey. For me those health related tasks are tracking and exercise. So, all the extras just need to wait until I've got my TOP TWO taken care of. Basically, I've decided I don't have time for extras, UNTIL I'VE DONE THE BIG 2.
So I encourage you to decide what your TOP 2 are, and stick with that first. Fill in with everything else as you can. You decide. You discipline. You win!
