I went to bed earlier! I fell asleep sometime between 10:30-11. My fitbit was charging last night, so I'm not sure when. My goal was between 10-10:30. However my 6 year old was making it difficult.

This is a mass improvement seeing I usually don't go to sleep until after midnight. Now When I woke up at 5:30 I am wide awake and not dragging like usual.

I did wake up sometime before 5:30, but went back to sleep. Thank God I did. I was worried I woke wake up a lot earlier and the point of going to bed early would have been pointless.
