Making a change tonight

I have been on an emotional roller coaster all day. I decided I didn't know how I was going to juggle "all the things." I finally planned out a "typical day" that I want my day to look like and it is doable. One of my issues is I go to bed too late and get up too early, which always results in me having to nap during the day.

I could still manage even with a daily nap, however I hate it. It's an inconvience and the whole wake up process is a pain. So tonight I am committing to go to bed early!

Hold me accountable people! Anyone want to volunteer?

    Good for you!! I've read they recommend just adjusting like 10 to 15 mins at a time for a couple of days to get your body used to it. YES, quality sleep can make a big difference in your day. Wishing you the best. Can't wait to hear how it goes.
