Cluster Headaches

I have been suffering from cluster headaches does anyone have any suggestions on what will help with them?
I see a pain management DR but the medication is really not working.

    I can not take Ibuprofen my DR says.
    I also drink a lot of water so I do not dehydrate.

    If you have someone willing to give you shoulder/neck massages that sometimes really helps me depending on the headache type! Plus drinking enough water so it's not from dehydration!
