A weekly review - w/c 5th October 2020

The fact the scale went up again this morning gives a fairly good impression of how the last week went. I was still eating too much!
However, I managed to create a 7 day streak (today will be day 8) of getting at least 2000 steps per day, so that was pretty amazing! I know it's not much activity really, but this is about me putting habits in place and creating a mind shift to prioritise healthy behaviours.
So I came into this week feeling a little more positive about what I am capable of.
Today I have started my 2nd habit, to eat 2000 calories or less. For context, I have recently been consuming 2300-2900 calories per day. So it is a big shift. Added to that, this week is the busiest week of the month work-wise AND the week TOM is due, which always makes me snacky. So this is going to be a huge challenge, but one I need to attempt to my best ability. I CANNOT have the scale going up AGAIN next week!
