NEO☆ No Eating Out...guess I won't be going to the local Mexican restaurant for breakfast this week. That's ok, I have oatmeal and eggs at home.

I was surprised that there was nothing about drinking water this week. But even without it, I am still making sure to drink my water.

Water with sliced lemons (sometimes with a spoonful of ACV added)
Hot water with a buillion cube
Herbal tea
I got this product from an ex-coworker and add it into water sometimes
