Day 6 Getting a bit bored

I am moving forward in my non weight related goals. I have been struggling a little but I know I am making progress!

As far as the health/weight related goals I'm getting a little bored. Maybe getting burnt out. I have been going consistently for almost 6 months now and I have made many changes. However my weight loss has been slowly down and I'm tired of the routine as it is. I have changed up many times to kick my weight loss up again, but really I am just burnt out on the whole weight loss thing. Not that I don't want to break. I am still going strong. I think I just need something new.

I work out most mornings, but I haven't the last couple of days. I just don't know what to do differently now to inspire me.

    Find the type of exercise that you love to do. For me it is treadmill walking and I watch my favorite movies on my Ipad and the time flies by in no time. Also, dog walking that is fun for me and my doggie, too. Then I add some Callanetics for muscle toning and strength training with resistance bands. On the days I don’t feel like exercising, I get myself started by telling myself a “little white lie” that I’m only gonna do it for 10 minutes...then once I get started, I keep going. Its kind of funny...but it works for Good luck to you and best wishes on finding a solution that works.

    Maybe try to set a new fitness goal? Or new exercise videos etc? Try a challenge to join a group on SP?. I struggle too. I signed up for a virtual 5K and it has been motivating but I've been feeling blah. Been trying to work out at different times of day and that has helped. Good luck you can do it.
