It starts with a blank page

Nothing special about this day ... except a TOTAL mind shift!
It was the day I stopped looking out the window (afraid of COVID-19) and going for a walk.
It was also the new commitment to me and my health: SparkPeople and my daily tracking - nutrition, exercise, weight and intermittent fasting.
My blank page is now full! These are my Steps pages. It all adds up!

It all starts with a BLANK PAGE! I have a separate page for nutrition: calories, carbs, fats, and proteins, including the % of each.
My weight is recorded on a mini calendar I keep by my scale. I have always known that to lose 10 pounds per month is safe and doable. I never would have believed it for me. I’ve been in the 200s for a very long time. Now, even when my weight fluctuates, I keep going. That I now weigh in the 150s, my high school weight, is mind blowing.

The numbers don’t lie.
It has been almost 6 months since that pivotal day. It all starts with a blank page and the will to change. Fill those blank pages with success! It is ever so sweet!
Happy Thanksgiving! My daughter is coming home! I will feast, within reason, and stay on track. Each blank square demands accountability, and leads to success. I’ve got this!
