Heal Her

My heart is hurting again
Been hit on the chin
Fell onto my knees
I ask you please

Heal my hurting child
Your pure and undefiled
Daughter and bride

You stopped the Red Sea
Caused the blind to see
Healed the sick and lame
This is why you came

Now I ask of you
This one thing to do
She is in your hands
This I understand

Yet my heart is torn
Ragged and forlorn
For I cannot see her
So to you i defer

Keeper of my heart
You knew from the start
Everything that would be
Keeping it from me

You knew I couldn't take
Too much or I would break
God of the impossible
Strong and invincible

Be with her I pray
This very day
In your mighty arms
Shield her from harm

You love her more than I
So hear my cry
Come to her rescue
She's counting on you.

This I wrote tonight after bringing my daughter to the emergency room and then finding out they put her in the hospital because her hemoglobin was low. She is bleeding in the GI area and they took a CT scan this afternoon. They are going to take an EGD tomorrow. She is getting blood transfusions now. That is why she was getting out of breath all the time. Please pray for her.
