I am proud that I beat my weekend record! I really pushed today to go past the 70 minute goal that I set for myself. I was sleepy when I began and achy, and hungry too! :) But still, I pushed on and did the Shape website workout (7-day workout challenge), cardio kickboxing, and dancing. I even got in some crunches again and floor exercises; my stomach didn't cramp this time, probably because I drank enough water this time!
OOOHHH, And I drank 10 cups of water in today! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! It's midnight and I'm so pumped. :) Shower and snack well deserved.
