5% Fall Challenge

I've gained 5 lbs. since mid-August; I honestly think I really gained them in the last 3 weeks, since the wedding.
We worked really hard getting everything ready, and were both tired when the wedding was over. I didn't walk; I didn't do other exercise, and I ate everything in sight. I've always known that when I'm overtired, I overeat. Cause and effect. True for years. Wouldn't you think I would learn the lesson?
So I've joined the 5% fall challenge. My goal is to lose 8.2 lbs. in 8 weeks. Hard sledding, but I commit to working hard, shopping and eating right, and staying away from unhealthy treats. I am resetting my daily Spark plan to get a calorie range that will enable me to lose 8 lbs. in 8 weeks. I will blog weekly about my progress.
