Day 21: October Is Here!

It's a new month. So that means it's time to start up with new ambition and motivation and tackle new goals. I haven't had the most ambition when it comes to Sparking, but I'm ready to try again. I do want to work out again and I'm willing to try tracking and planning food again. I do want to get more involved here again, I've just felt kind of lazy in general. I have my Fitbit again so that should help. I'm just super involved in writing right now so that makes it a little bit more difficult. I'm sure it's doable, though.
Nutrition: I have to start out with making a new meal plan and tracking it. Next week will be grocery shopping so I have to get ready for that. I have to make all of my plans as far as food goes and just get back in the swing of things and see where I'm at calorie wise.
Fitness: I plan on doing some yoga tonight. I do need to get some rest, but I really want to get back to exercising, too. I have a lot of time tonight and I plan on making the most of it since I am pretty much done writing for the night now.
Meditation: I have a lot of meditation to catch up on tonight as well.
Beverages: Plan on drinking coffee and water tonight.
Cigars: cutting back on cigars so we can have Subway tomorrow night after school.
Motivation: Motivation is pretty decent. Lots of motivation for writing and getting the motivation going for fitness/nutrition again.
Non-Scale Victory: My non-scale victory right now is getting my Fitbit back and starting to get back on track!!
Self-Esteem: Self-esteem is ok right now. Still working on it.
Writing: I got another new story written today and have gotten about 1500 words written on my dark fantasy story. I have also been working on an outline for a funny little horror story. So staying busy in that respect.
Will be working on catching up with Sparking tonight!
