Today was rain rain and more rain and thunder and high winds and it didn't make me very happy. I didn't do much in the line of fitness yesterday and wanted to get out for power walking today.
It didn't happen. However, I did complete some indoor fitness and I attacked the stationary bike one more time with the thought that I would definitely get through 10 minutes without complaining. Well I did 20 minutes and I felt good about that. I guess when trying to cycle the other day it was difficult because I had already done a lot of distance with power walking fist. It was definitely easier to get through the cycling without being tired from distance power walking.
I did do some indoor running as well to get my daily steps in and fulfill my goal of at least 30 minutes of fitness daily.
Now I know that if I want to be able to handle the indoor cycling, I don't go power walking before hand. I will however go power walking after I do some cycling indoors. My goal will be to be able to do 30 minutes of cycling non stop by the end of the first week of October. I CAN DO THIS!
