Thanks for visiting my page!!! I pray that you are BLESSED!
It's 24 Sept. 2020, and I am sitting in my Oncologist's
examination room for a check up and my vitals show BP 100/70 (on BP meds), Hrt Rate 109, Temp 97, Oxygen 99 & my Weight was the highest EVER at a doctor's visit... 245lbs (highest EVER on a scale 249lbs which I hit on 9 Sept. 2020).
🤷🏾♀️So I must begin a reboot, a refreshing start in my weight loss & healthier living journey!!! Follow me if you so choose & be a part of this journey of wellness!!!
I feel more comfortable leaving photos of my weight on Sparkpeople than on Instagram, Snapchat or TikTok.
Hopefully you'll leave feeling inspired, motivated, supported, & blessed beyond measure.

MID RANGE: By Resurrection Sunday, 4 April 2021
~ Apply to FGU Doctoral Program
~ Move my body once a day!
~ Weigh 190 lbs or less.
~ Get Rid of Excess Weight from 250 lbs to 120 lbs by Christmas 2021.
~ To be more flexible & have less body aches & pains.
~ To be comfy when I sit in theater seats w/my coat on (well, no theater going for me now during the global pandemic's quarantine time).
~ Become a Licensed Psychologist, by December 2027!

~My first year back, 2015-2016, at the University to finish my B.A. in Religious Studies (new major/Part Time Student) with all A's with the exception of one B+.
A. HMR Program (At Home) Start 1 Oct. 2020.
1) Monthly Bloodwork (last day of the month) Starting 30 Sept. 2020,
2) Stay in the Box,
3) Rx: 5 Shakes, Vitamins, & Water (1.5 - 2 liters max of liquids) according to my Heart Disease Congestive Heart Failure & Cardiomyopathy,
3) PA (do 2,000* calories of Physical Activity a week).
B. Visualize My Victories!!! GOD Gets the Glory!!!
1) Get RID of the Pounds that equal my being Obese!
2) Have a Healthy BALANCE with all of my activities (ie. God, school, church, love, family, volunteering, etc.)!
3) Plan & Follow Through!!!
4) Receive my B.A. degree!!!
5) Be successful in an amazing Psychology Doctoral Program!!!
3 cal/min: LOW INTENSITY
Raking, active gar- dening, recreational sports, (e.g., softball, golf-no cart).
9 cal/min: MEDIUM INTENSITY
Walking, mowing, tennis, biking, light aerobics, swimming, weight lifting.
15 cal/min: HIGH INTENSITY
moderate jogging, stair machine, racquetball, vigorous swimming.
19 cal/min: VERY HIGH INTENSITY
fast jogging, stair climbing, cross- country skiing, jumping rope.
