Never did I imagine

This year, well what can I say.. We all know it's been a disaster in one way or another so I won't go on about that. What I will say is for years, in my struggle with weight gain I always had a dreaded fear of hitting the 200 lbs mark. Back in the mid to late 90's is when I started gaining a significant amount of weight. Even then I managed to not surpass 199 lbs. My weight fluctuated between 193 to 197lbs. Once in 2003-4 with the help of Curves and a unconventional diet I managed to lose 34 pounds getting down to around 163lbs which was my absolute lowest as a mother of three.
Now my weight has surpassed 200 lbs due in part to sheltering in place. I've gained 11 pounds these past 6 months and now I'm up to 208 I still can't believe it. I attribute it mostly to not being active, not that I was supper active pre Covid. I think moving around while at the job my weight fluctuated 1 to 2 pounds or stayed the same, never a significant weight loss though.
This amount of weight gain was a subtle surprise because I didn't notice a difference right away in how my clothes fit until after I gain the entire 11 pounds. What I did notice was what I call a"shift" in my body(weight)from the back to the front.(lol)
Now I'm at a loss as to what to do. I guess what I'm going to start focusing on is getting more physical activity, drinking more water, cutting down on potato chips and revamping my diet once again. I know people say it's diet 80/20 but I realize that My Body Needs to move. So that's what I plan to do....
