Hi guys so today something happened about my career and due to covid, I will be delayed.
I feel so off, this has caused me to consume food and drinks especially sugar.
I am find myself that I can't just brush it off. I cannot easily brush it off because what happened was a big deal to me.
It was not so bad as I have options right now. I am reminding myself that I did the right decision.
This week, I will have to keep the momentum going so I can start working from home by doing this things:
1.Clean my room
2.Do laundry for 2 days
3.Have my laptop repaired
4. Work on portfolio
5. CONTINUE ---tracking my workouts and calories in spark people, no matter what, I will get there. I am 41 lbs off and around 71 lbs to go. I am on the right track. I am on the right track. I AM ON THE RIGHT TRACK!!! LOL!! - i will keep on shining I promise you, Jesus!
6. Mistakes, whether in career, weight loss, relationships or personal lives are OKAY. They are meant to teach you something you don't know so that you can be a better person and face the next challenges in your life. All in all, learning from our mistakes makes us a BETTER individual.
7 KEEP UP with the inspiration. ( For this i use pinterest to see what clothes i want to wear or the style i wanted to have when i lose 110 already) -- I am beyond excited.
Although this has happened, I have to keep on going. I need to be thankful and appreciate that things that God has blessed me with. I have a roof above my head, food to eat and family to love.
If that career is meant for me, it will happen. But for now, I have to work on the things that I have.
