I ate well today, went for a 5-mile walk, and my wrist is FINALLY feeling better, tomorrow I go for a practice bike ride again. I have 10 days left to ride 200 miles to make up for my fundraiser, and I think I can do it. I am just dialing way back to logging food and exercise, and then I'll see if I can't expand to larger goals. I am sitting in those now.
