Well With fall arriving I have decorated the heck out of my house. I love Halloween
and I am getting out the decorations to do my apartment patio. The kids always love it. My weight continues to drop so I am happy about that.
I am looking forward to the Fall challenge because it will help me get even closer to that goal weight. I am glad to have that HUGE paper over with and ready to move to the next assignment. I meet with my professor tomorrow.
I bought a big thing of candy corn but decided not to eat it! I am proud of myself for that. I have hidden it in a very difficult place to get to, LOL! I decided that if I really want it I need to wait until Saturdays. On Sundays I always fast and drink detox tea
then take an ice bath. The Wim Hof method has really made a difference in my life. I stay in the ice bath for about 8-12 minutes. I have done cold training since the Spring and take 5 minute cold showers every morning
after my breathing exercises. My menopause symptoms have all but gone away. I had a hot flash yesterday but that is the first time in 6 months. I don’t feel irritable either. That has been a blessing!
I recommend this breathing technique to anyone. It has helped with my fibromyalgia tremendously!
I have been keeping up with my PT exercises for the upper and lower body so that is a plus. The only bad news is that they have to do another MRI on my shoulder because I am having pain where I should not have pain. We will see what they say. Maybe I am just healing slow. The pain is fine if nothing is wrong.
Progress is made one decision at a time. It can be a slow process but if those little decisions are made in a healthy way then you will see progress in the way you feel. Just remember you are beautiful at any weight it’s all about your quality of life. I know we need to be at a certain weight so we can stay healthy but you are beautiful right now!
