Lemonade from lemons

Got my wife home from the hospital yesterday. Dr. wanted to put her in a nursing home. She had a stroke and dementia has set in. With Covid-19 spreading thru nursing facilities I chose to bring her home. The Dr. said I have to stay with her 24/7 so she doesn't burn down the house. The problem I have is taking out the dog, shopping and creating a little me time. VNA will be coming by to make sure my wife is OK and hopefully I can find some volunteers to spell me for shopping and Drs. appointments. I am taking the dog out at 5:30AM before my wife wakes up but that makes for a long day for the pup. I have read about these situations before but never thought it would happen to us. I am open to any and all suggestions on how to deal with this situation.
