I am getting back through my list, and it feels so good. I like feeling on top of things, I like things organized and when they are not, I get anxious. I am realizing how much I was managing my anxiety with food, and instead have set aside an hour each day to chisel away at projects that are causing me anxiety and now my cravings are a bit smaller. It's not a solution, but it's an observation. 5 mile walk today, 30 min of Tai Chi. I'm feeling so much more positive from being able to move.

    I'm so understand you about the unorganized stuff causing anxiety. It's very calming for me to check things off as they get done for some reason. Sounds like you're doing good--awesome job on the 5 mile walk, too. How do you like Tai Chi?

    I also feel like my cravings are so much easier to ignore or less to start when I feel in control in general!
