I am getting back through my list, and it feels so good. I like feeling on top of things, I like things organized and when they are not, I get anxious. I am realizing how much I was managing my anxiety with food, and instead have set aside an hour each day to chisel away at projects that are causing me anxiety and now my cravings are a bit smaller. It's not a solution, but it's an observation. 5 mile walk today, 30 min of Tai Chi. I'm feeling so much more positive from being able to move.
