I am still here! I am sticking to it! I can do this! I am doing this! I have to go back to work at the office though. I’m nervous. I’m best behaves at home, more disciplined in my personal care and I don’t stress eat at home because I feel more in control and get better, faster, more thorough work done. I only have healthy options at home and I suck at meal prep because idk

    I've never gotten the hang of meal prep either... The closest I can do is a rough meal plan for the week!
