🌤️. Rest and weigh day. 🔺 2 lbs 🤷. Walk x3, 55 challenge with wall push-ups and step-ups, weeding, 3 of 5 standing quad stretch and chair yoga. 5,000+ steps. Yes I know this does not look like I rested but compared to most days this was nothing 😂. Some of my walking was to and from the grocery store. Most of my day was on my butt and that includes weeding creeping Charlie from neighbors front lawn. The lawn is no where near what it needs to be so will be working on it again tomorrow. For a tip when it comes to creeping Charlie if you have a lot just work up the areas it would be much easier cause you'll pull the grass anyways. Second of all if you have a little stay on top of it so my first tip never comes into play. My calories were high but not by a lot. 8 cups of water. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥!
