*TMI alert* Seriously, don't read the next sentence. I don't think I pooped yesterday. I know how much you all wanted to read that. Hahaha! I'm hoping that is the reason for the big jump up the scale. I admit that I had a bit of extra food after dinner last night. But I don't think it was enough to do that.

I don't have time to write much more. I just want to document for myself what I'm feeling each day, and how things are going. Last night after dinner, I was feeling voracious. I don't get an actual period anymore, but maybe I still have a time of the month? Or, maybe I was needing something more to move things along. In any case, I'm really not thrilled with the numbers. I KNOW that they fluctuate - by a lot. And this isn't that far off. It was just that I was so excited to be in ONEderland. Alas, I will get there. Slow and steady!!!

I am so impressed with your commitment to your health and to blogging your progress/issues/concerns. I look for it everyday and it helps me too!

Pooping is important for many reasons. You may think you're too young for this, but we have found that a daily dose of Metamucil (sugar-free) or psyllium works wonders. My hubs was told if he takes it everyday, he's less likely to have to have colonoscopies often. Start with the recommended dose. We increased it slowly to where we take 1-2 scoops in 16 oz of water. I add my collagen and Emergen-C to the whole thing and wash my vitamins and supplements down with it. Easy peasy.

I was up in weight for the first time in 3 months last weigh-in, also with no obvious reason... I think it might have to do with getting worse about drinking water, so make sure you're well hydrated or you'll retain water!

Stay the course. It will fluctuate back down if you are able to keep up the good effort you have been making. If that is out of reach at the moment then just try to maintain until you are ready to give it more energy and commitment.
