Over half way!!! 232 to 187 and I feel good!

I am so excited to be at 187lbs, but I am not done yet! I have not been checking in with Sparkpeople for a while now...but I am back. I was losing well on my own, using a journal to keep up with my exercise and eating habits. That was working well, until I hit a major plateau. So I decided to get a little more precise about measuring and calculating food. That is where Spark helps me so much!! I bumped my exercise up to one hour a day - five days a week and still getting in 10 minutes on my days off. Mentally and Physically I feel better than I have felt in years!!!! Literally gone from needing a walker to treadmill and cycling for an hour! What a wonderful feeling it is to get your mobility back!!!
