What can I say

I figured it is time for my second blog entry. I had an interesting week, where I am having an easy time maintaining the fasting periods. I am not however able to maintain the 2 days where we cut calories down extreme. I have decided that I will not be following along that particular journey with the family, but will stick to fasting in general.

I read some of the advise left in my previous blog, and I realize I need to increase my water by a LOT.

In good news, i've dropped 3% of fat since i've started!
