I am sure many of you have struggled with weight gain during Covid lockdown. I did and gained about 27 pounds before I rejoined WW.! I managed to lose 5 of those pounds, but I am struggling to continue to lose. I am very thankful for Spark where I can list my foods and see the calories. WW free foods still have calories so I don't want to get carried away!
Anyway, I just wanted to throw this out there so that I admit my problem and maybe that will help me get on track! I still have about 125 lbs to lose.
