Back on the Wagon Again

Here I go again after gaining back all the weight I lost before because I stopped tracking and started Eating a lot of sugar. Today I did strength training for the 1st time in a really long time. It's aside take 6 to 8 weeks to even see a difference and 12 weeks for other people to start to notice. I'm not so worried about other people starting to notice, but I am worried about myself and how I feel about my body. I feel ashamed of myself for Stopping what I know works and falling off the wagon. The only thing that I know to do is to start over again and do what I know works and that's keeping track of what I eat and working hard in the gym.

    I can definitely relate! You can do this and in 6-8 weeks you will look back and be thankful you started back on this journey. You know where you would be headed without getting back on that wagon. Every step is worth it, no matter how small. The alternative is not! Hang in there and keep pushing ahead!!!
