Back on the Wagon Again

Here I go again after gaining back all the weight I lost before because I stopped tracking and started Eating a lot of sugar. Today I did strength training for the 1st time in a really long time. It's aside take 6 to 8 weeks to even see a difference and 12 weeks for other people to start to notice. I'm not so worried about other people starting to notice, but I am worried about myself and how I feel about my body. I feel ashamed of myself for Stopping what I know works and falling off the wagon. The only thing that I know to do is to start over again and do what I know works and that's keeping track of what I eat and working hard in the gym.
