I don't want to say it but I think that running all these miles is what had been preventing me from losing weight. I'm considering just sticking with the Galloway Running plan (two half hour runs during the week and one long run on the weekends) I definitely won't hit my 2020 miles for the year but that isn't my first priority. It's up there - but not the top priority. We will see!
