Tired!!!

Monday, September 07, 2020

Today was day three in a row at the gym and we have decided to take tomorrow off because the evening before last and today we have added new workouts to our routine to mix it up and we have gone at it so hard that my sides now ache, only thing we didn't do today was the medicine ball, thank God my side hurt today thanks to the medicine ball and the kettle bells didn't help, won't be back on that stuff until thursday!!

So i know there are some men on this website and men y'all know what happens to women, i am stating this because i am not ashamed and there ate THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of women who have and are going through what I'm going through. I have PCOS- that basically means that it is extremely to almost impossible for me to have kids, it also means that my monthly is not regular, and like me it also means that I can grow a full man chew just as well as any guy. And NO I cannot help that, and no I didn't take any kind of pills or anything, it is just something that is Associated with PCOS. I have been ashamed of this since I was 15/16 and always hid my face pretty well, about a year ago or so I made a post similar to this and everyone I know, knows about my facial hair, I'm no longer ashamed, yes I keep it under control and yes I have to shave my face but its better I do that than to let my hair grow and feel even worse about myself. I have embraced what God has given me, what the devil meant for evil, God is turning to good. Since working out my monthly cycles are started to get back in line and if my OBGYN is correct and I continue losing weight then it will help me have a kid, so prayer warriors out there, please pray about this with me, It seems that a child may just be in God's plan for me, but he needs me to work on myself first, pray that if it is in his will for me to have a child that it will come to pass before I'm 40. I am 31, that' s 9 years, hopefully I will have atleast one child. If God only grants me with one child that will be just fine with me.

Today makes one month since I started working out, now its a part of my daily routine, I don't know what I will look like in 6 months, but in six months I would love to look back and see the changes and know I worked so hard to get to where I am. #noexcises #noquittersallowed #keeppushing #gymlife

I hate to admit it, but I know nothing about PCOS and will have to look it up. I do know that it took me three years to get pregnant with our son and no time at all to get pregnant with our daughter. And look at me now, a grandmother to three boys and one wee granddaughter. Don't give up. I will gladly add you to my prayers.

It sounds like you are doing a great job with your workouts. Good job listening to your body too, and taking time off when you need to. If you stay consistent and keep doing those great workouts, you are really going to feel strong, healthy and confident in 6 months. You'll be nice and healthy for your baby, when it comes. Best wishes.
