I learned from a podcast that to work on being more grateful Write down something you're grateful about yourself, your spouse and your world everyday. and that is what I have doing in these blogs

I'm grateful that I can walk without any pain and that my employer got me to think about 12,000 rather than 10,000
I'm grateful for my husband who keeps me safe from corona virus
I'm grateful that people in our neighborhood still understand masks and social distancing

    Love the three-pronged focus of the gratitude list.

    And, interesting that your employer got you to think about 12,000 rather than 10,000.

    I've yet to cast hope to the wind ... 871 steps for me on Sunday ... the body's energy envelope has been quite restricted and I am hoping to be able to find some way of improving the situation. No exercise tolerance for over 2 years. Appointment with the neurologist again this week.
