8 months in, where are you now

Sunday, September 06, 2020

Well, ladies and gents... When I STARTED this journey I had an estimation of 46.9 inches to lose.....and a whomping 172.4lbs to go down........ well, at least as of Feb 2020.
In 2015 I weighed 312 after having my son.... and I finally saw a weight Doctor come January 29, 2020 and I was at 302.4 finally at that point.... in 4 years, I only managed to go down 10lbs.......... what....?

Anyway... with APPETITE repressing medication started the second week or so of Feb 2020 ... my 8~12miles I walk 4 days a week for work... and I've only just started using my Wii Fit for 20-30 minutes 4 days a week AFTER work.... As of today I am 33 LBs down and 1.5LBs from my 20 percent pounds lost goal.... and from 172.4lb to lose am now at 139.4 to go....

Via an inches estimator, I had 46.9 inches to lose to now only 39.4 inches to go.

Before getting pregnant, I LOST in inches more than I did in weight.... and now it's more in weight than inches... before it was 2-3 inches per week and now it can be anywhere from 2-8 inches a MONTH.

REGARDLESS I am SO happy! 8 months and 33LB down! Sadly that'd be 3.5 years for me to lose weight at this rate and I'm hoping I can shed more as I get back to playing the Wii Fit. Eventually I plan to get the WiiU and the fit accessories for it as it has more to do...and Switch Ring fitness game and accessories....and as I lose weight, as for this month my team is slow in work, I might go for an actual bike ride. We'll see!
