August Progress, September Goals

From July 21-August 25 I stayed within the same weight plus or minus two pounds. Then finally the scale began to move. I have no idea what made it move but it did. For four of those five weeks, I maintained tracking everything I ate and stayed within my calorie range. For the entire five weeks I kept up with my exercise program. So for August I ended up shedding 5 pounds, which feels about right.

August Goals: 89.7% B+
1. Continue to keep up my good eating habits: track everything, stay in range, & no SOS. : 26/31 days
2. Continue to walk 4+ miles three days a week and 1+ miles three days a week. : 31/31 days
3. Complete 3 sessions of ST/PT each week this month. 31/31 days
4. Keep good sleep habits, going to bed on time and getting up on time.: 23/31 days
5. Keep up my meditation habit of at least 20 minutes a day. 28/31 days


September Goals:
1. Continue to keep up my good eating habits: track everything eaten, stay in range, & no SOS.
2. Continue to walk >60 minutes three days a week and >20 minutes three days a week.
3. Complete 3 sessions of ST/PT each week this month.
4. Keep good sleep habits, going to bed on time and getting up on time.
5. Keep up my meditation habit of at least 20 minutes a day.
6. Track CICO daily.
