A good quote for Sept 1 since I did not meet all my Aug goals of 10,000 steps a day.
was i at least hit 8,000 steps a day.
My tracking of meals did not go as I planned have yet do it every day on the spark tracker I have written down in my journal some months the think but this way I don’t have a calorie count .so give up. Tacking my meals is something I have struggled with since I joined Spark People in 2012. I have never given up I try each month to do it . I going master it I not going to give up on this tasks
I need to remember what a Watcher Leader to my group we did not get over weight not tracking condiments and if the bread we eat had 100 calories or 110 . its something I need to remember as Start a new month and challenging my self to track meals.
Even though the gyms are open I have not gone don't feel safe I have no plans to go soon I have DVD’S Spark has a huge selection of work outs for me to choose from and have really enjoyed doing the walking off the pounds DVD and one person on the DVD had walked off a 106 pound she inspires me. they showed before and after pictures.
walking is my favorite getting out walking each day walking with Racey. This month I add getting out for a second walk each day this month.

on the trail but i have never given up the scales had gone up and down but i never gave up and now I am 10 pounds from the goal the doctor set at 130 !
