So.. Weight Watchers does appear to be working. I'm not sure if I love it but I'm going to keep with it a least for a little while longer. I remember why I hated it so much the last time - I was eating within my points but wasn't getting to 1200 calories. It's looking to be better this time around so we will see!
I exceeded my goal of running 100km (about 62.14 miles) for the month of August!!
I ended up running 102.9km (63.94 miles)! I had 176.93 miles overall for the month of August which was my best yet! I joined the Run the Year Challenge and fell behind early on. I'm not sure if I'll make 2020 miles by the end of the year - I'm currently at 1007.04 - but I'm still aiming for as many as possible!
The biggest loser challenge officially begins tomorrow. I am looking forward to it but am also a little nervous. There are times that I could be doing absolutely everything right and still not lose weight (see my last few blogs complaining about it lol) but I'm going to try my best!
