Little updates

So.. Weight Watchers does appear to be working. I'm not sure if I love it but I'm going to keep with it a least for a little while longer. I remember why I hated it so much the last time - I was eating within my points but wasn't getting to 1200 calories. It's looking to be better this time around so we will see!

I exceeded my goal of running 100km (about 62.14 miles) for the month of August!! emoticon I ended up running 102.9km (63.94 miles)! I had 176.93 miles overall for the month of August which was my best yet! I joined the Run the Year Challenge and fell behind early on. I'm not sure if I'll make 2020 miles by the end of the year - I'm currently at 1007.04 - but I'm still aiming for as many as possible!

The biggest loser challenge officially begins tomorrow. I am looking forward to it but am also a little nervous. There are times that I could be doing absolutely everything right and still not lose weight (see my last few blogs complaining about it lol) but I'm going to try my best!

    Glad you are having some success with WW. And even if you don’t make the 2020 distance... at least you have done 1000x better than everyone who didn’t even get started!
