Answers in my absence

After over 4 years of my lungs not working correctly I may finally have some answers! Since March I’ve been having horrible reactions to sushi from my husband’s favorite restaurant. The second time I ended up on prednisone and my pulmonologist advised me to go back to the allergist thinking I had a fish/seafood allergy. Nothing. So in the 3 weeks between the test and follow up I kept a journal of what I did, ate, and how my body reacted. Looks like I have a latex allergy and react to many fruits and vegetables related to latex.
Go figure. My healthy eating is what’s been making me sick. I have an official test scheduled for September 16th and with my luck either I won’t react at all, or I’ll react badly. Either way the allergist thinks I’ll be able to eat cooked fruit/veggies and maybe some without peels. So I’m keeping track of what I can/can’t eat safely and will soon have an epipen-type thing since the only way to know what is safe for me is to try.
It’s not ideal, but I can find other healthy grab and go snacks since apples, bananas, and peppers are for sure out.
