-Spark Daily
-Weigh in daily
-Track Nutrition daily on Spark
-Stay in Nutriton Range
-Clean eating and no fast food or eating out
-Meal Prep weekly
-Exercise daily 30 mins or more
-Close all 3 of my circles on Apple Watch ( Move, exericse and Stand goal)
- Water 1st and Veggies most
-Daily Devotional
-Journal and Read Daily
- Numbers on the scale will decrease if i follow plan
