S.M.A.R.T. goals for BLC 44 (Final with weight goals added)

Long term - reach 150 pounds (goal weight that I discussed with my doctor. This is at the high end of the BMI range for my height of 5’6”)
Short term - lose 8 pounds by the final weigh in of BLC 44 -
Nutrition plan - VEGAN. Continue to eat a rainbow 5x/week. Five servings of freggies/day 5 days out of 7 (nutrition option #1)
Exercise - strength training 2x/week, walking 15,000 steps 6x/week, yoga/stretching 5 mins 7x/week. Participate in TNT & LCW with team.
Starting weight on 09/02/20 - 183.0
Goal on 11/25/20 - 175.0
Option 1: Ideally, I still want to experience the Flotation Therapy Tank
It’s open, and I’ve checked out their COVID cleaning protocol.
Option 2: CIZE workout DVDs
