this blog will sound weird

I am worried that I am losing weight too quickly. I know that probably sounds weird. I’ve been believing that slow and steady wins the race so having this happen, has got me a little worried. I don’t track calories. I eat when I am hungry, have a small salad before dinner, and enjoy dessert every night. I don’t track steps, but enjoy going to the gym to do some PT exercises. The company where my therapist worked has let go of her department so now I have to find a new therapist and it’s not only daunting but so necessary. Especially since I’m being so weird about this. Weird blog, I know. But I needed to get it out.

    In a seminar I took long ago, they taught us "any change can cause anxiety." Even good change! You win the lottery, say, and it can still cause worry, anxiety, fear... So, your worry is not weird, but completely normal.

    Wise idea to find a new therapist though cuz you like it and it's clearly working. It can be hard to find someone perfect so good luck with the search. You've got this!
