I am worried that I am losing weight too quickly.
I know that probably sounds weird. I’ve been believing that slow and steady wins the race so having this happen, has got me a little worried.
I don’t track calories. I eat when I am hungry, have a small salad before dinner, and enjoy dessert every night. I don’t track steps, but enjoy going to the gym to do some PT exercises.
The company where my therapist worked has let go of her department so now I have to find a new therapist and it’s not only daunting but so necessary. Especially since I’m being so weird about this.
Weird blog, I know. But I needed to get it out.
