I'm back!! Again!!

It is pretty sad that I see the last time I wrote down anything was in January 2019. I know I was here on SP after that I just didn't write anything. I am going to give it another try though.
My goal is to continue to eat better and track it daily. I'm looking into freezer meals again and crock pot meals. I am a big procrastinator and if I have the meals ready already to go it will take that dilemma out completely. I also need to drink more water. I was super thirsty yesterday and was told it was because I was dehydrated. I didn't even think of it. I also find myself wanting to eat so if I grab my water instead sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't. If not I eat but otherwise I just drink the water.
I will reach my goal weight in 2021 maybe even yet in 2020!! Never know!!
