Weight: 194.2 lbs - down 3.3 lbs Waist: 40.5" - down 1.5" Hips: 44.5" - down 0.5" Thigh: 24" - same Upper Arm: 13.5" - up 0.25" Chest: 37" - down 0.25" I am trying to post at least once a week to keep track of my measurements. As of today, I've lost 19 pounds and 3.5" off my waist. I have 24 pounds until I reach my first goal of 170. I have been so busy. I own a virtual bookkeeping business. I am working on three clean-ups and a review that I would like to have done by the end of this weekend. It's hard to focus on the present when you're trying to clean up the past. Wow! I didn't realize how that can pertain to life until I read what I typed. If we're always trying to "fix" or "clean-up" the past, we can never be fully present in the present. The past is the past, we can't change it or do anything to make it better. We can only move forward. Have a great day! Do something to show yourself some love today.
