Anxiety disappearing

Since I have been working on regularly I have noticed a drastic shift in my anxiety. I went from worrying about having a panic attack almost every day to what seems I don't have any anxiety anymore. I also notice if I have a day where I don't move as much my mood really starts to dampen. I know that they always have said that exercise can help with depression and anxiety, but it is sure something to actually see it at play

    Wonderful! I agree with you - I sometimes decide to do an extra one mile walking workout just to give myself another boost for the day.

    So glad to hear that your anxiety is lessening...that's a huge thing! It is amazing how the Lord has created us to be a unity of mind and body. I pray that he'll grant you all the grace and strength you need to care for your body and turn your mind toward him. By the way, I love your banner!
