Week five of the summer 5% challenge went fairly well. I continued to be consistent with my fitness goals and made progress on my nutrition goals, even tried a couple of new recipes. The bounty of the garden is encouraging me to eat more vegetables. The scale still seems to be nearly stuck, but I am still trying to focus on healthy habits and not the number on the scale.
Yes the scale seems to be stuck for me too... I am too trying to focus on the other healthy prgress...probably going to blog this weekend. ... I'd like to get rid of 3 - 4 more lbs by the time I see the dr for annual at the end of the month. We will have to see. 36 days ago
